I observed three thrushes in Mendoza.

Creamy-bellied Thrush (Turdus amaurochalinus) is the most common thrush in Mendoza.
In morning, they sing around residential street.

With dust box.

Rufous-bellied Thrush (Turdus rufiventris) is second common species. This species is similar to Brown-headed thrush (Turdus chrysolaus)

Chiguanco Thrush (Tardus chiguanco) is not so many compared to other two species.
They were seen in zoo (wild).

Dead opossum

I went to Mendoza for IMC10 (The 10th International Mammalogical Congress) and walk around to observe nature and environment in Mendoza.
I took over 800 photos, it is difficult to summarize and there are several unidentified bird photos.

At first, I'll update dead Opossum (Didelphis albiventris) which was seen at the Hill of Glory (Cerro de la Gloria) in park of San Martin.
Sorry for grotesque photos.

Because there is no Marsupialia in Japan, it was my first time to meet Marsupialia, I was very excited despite dead one.

Vultures were flying above here.
I think that this was going to be taken by them later.

Daikoku island

I went to Daikoku island which was desert island in Muroran for help of research.
Many Slaty-backed Gull (Larus schistisagus) bleed in the island.

Most f chicks were able to dive into sea, but some of them couldn't yet.
There is lighthouse which don't run in this island.
